Internship Programme at CSIR-CIMAP:

Short-term training for post-graduate students from collages/universities is offered under this programme on payment basis, in the R&D areas relevant to CSIR-CIMAP.

Fee structure for different durations of training:

• 3 Months or less: Rs.12000/-
• 6 Months: Rs. 20000/-
• 1 Year: Rs. 30000/-

Conditions of Training:

• The training must be completed in one stretch and is full-time and on-site.
• CSIR-CIMAP has a five day week, and lab timings are from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Students are expected to report on time and may not leave the lab before closing time.
• No leave of absence will be permitted.
• No extension in the training period will be entertained.

Selection procedure:

• CSIR-CIMAP has a flexible selection procedure for each session, based primarily on the requirement from our scientists and the applicants.
• Preference will be given to students from Institutes of National Importance and Centrally Funded Technical Institutions.
